Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us at Samuelchowdhury22@gmail.com, including:

• Clear photos of the damaged or defective product

• A brief description of the issue

We will review the case and, if approved, issue a replacement. Refunds will not be provided.

Wrong Item Received

In the rare event you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for the correct product to be sent out.
